My favourite pillar box - Lower Bayble.

Barvas moor.

The dun in the loch at Shader.

  1. I've just been scrolling through all the posts here from your current visit. A wonderful tour - thanks. It's a beautiful island and I also appreciated the bits of history like about those chessmen.

  2. Your favourite pillar box on the island or in general?

  3. My favourite pillar box anywhere, Helen. It has such a wonderful view and whilst it's not as exotic as some Victorian ones, etc, it has a little flap which makes it a bit out of the ordinary.
